This was an incredibly special shoot for me. (As well as his parents too, i’m sure!) I first met James Dad, Joe, when I was about 15. So, after a decade+ of friendship, we both just so happen to be expecting January babies at the same time! Our rainbow baby, Harlyn, arrived on Tuesday Jan 7th, and James soon followed and made his appearance on that friday.
We booked our time slot at Locust + Vine studio, where we met with minimalistic decorations and an adorable cake his mom brought. Just like any toddler, the Mickey Mouse theme song kept him happy as he wobbled around the studio.
This family is near and dear to my heart, and we all can’t wait to watch these crazy kids grow up together. Happy birthday, James!
